Partner programme terms

1. Joining

You become a partner when we confirm it to you by e-mail and send you your partner link and code. Joining is free. We may decline a request or end a partnership without giving reasons.

A partner can be a business (a company or a registered sole proprietor) or a private individual. Your partner page, a private link we send you, shows your link, the visits through it, sign-ups, commissions and payouts.

2. What your hosts get

A host who signs up through your link or with your code gets a discount on the first year of the plan of each property they activate: 10 % unless we agreed another rate with you (shown on your partner page). The discount does not apply to tablets, renewals or individually agreed prices.

3. Your commission

For each property of a host you brought, you earn a one-time commission on the first year of its plan: 30 % of the plan price the host actually paid (after the discount, without VAT and without tablets), unless we agreed another rate with you. Renewals, later upgrades, extra units and tablets earn no commission.

A host counts as yours if they signed up through your link (remembered in their browser only if they allow marketing storage) or entered your code when signing up; a code can only be added on the day of sign-up. Your own account, accounts of the same person or business as you, and hosts who already had a VilaTab account do not count.

4. Waiting period and cancellation

A commission becomes payable 14 days after the host’s payment, the period in which a host may withdraw. If within those 14 days the host withdraws, the payment is refunded or the subscription ends, the commission is cancelled. If a payment is refunded or charged back later, we may deduct the commission from your next payouts.

5. Payout

• Businesses: we pay payable commissions by bank transfer once a month, against your invoice to TAKAC FILIP for the amount shown on your partner page. Your invoice must meet the rules of your country; VAT is handled as the law requires (between EU businesses usually reverse charge).
• Private individuals: commissions are credited to you as VilaTab credit, used for your own VilaTab plan. Credit cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to someone else.

You are responsible for the taxes and contributions on your commissions.

6. How you may recommend VilaTab

• Be honest: describe VilaTab and its prices correctly, and say that you are a partner and earn a commission.
• No spam: no unsolicited e-mails or messages and no bought contact lists.
• Do not present yourself as VilaTab or use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are us; do not register domains or social media accounts with “VilaTab” in their name.
• Do not bid on “VilaTab” or similar words in search engine ads.
• No fake sign-ups, no paying hosts to sign up, and no coupon or cashback sites unless we agree in writing.

If these rules are broken, we may cancel the commissions concerned and end the partnership at once.

7. Data

Your partner page shows, for each host you brought, only their first name, the plan, the date and the amount; you keep this confidential. Visits through your link are counted without storing IP addresses (see the Privacy Policy). We process your own details (name, e-mail, invoice or credit details) to run the programme and to meet our accounting duties.

8. Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the rates for future sign-ups; we tell you by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. You or we can end the partnership at any time by e-mail. Commissions for hosts who signed up before the end are still paid as described above.

9. Other

Being a partner does not make you our employee, agent or representative. Applicable law and courts are as in our Terms of Service (Hungarian law). Questions: info@vilatab.com.
